Yea we just got that downed tree out of the way on the trail behind this one so you can drop down that to the street. Wheres the big dipper at? Is that the one near "jump zone" where you have the wooden bridge to the left that drops off about 3-4 feet? I feel this one is steeper than that almost

Would you consider parting out? Say fork, maybe shock and brakes?

The frame bent like that before the rear triangle?? Better yet ... those wheels look still intact. I mean I guess its good it bent instead of snapped and stabbed you in the leg but bikes are not like cars ... they should NOT have crumple zones!!

That sucks ... but seriously I had a bike like that for a month to get around and broke the frame the second I tried anything considered "actual mountain biking". I bet it weighs a ton too ... but it does it's job and gets you around.

A sixsixone comp can sell for under $70 new these days, I can find one for $45 new ... and no shop would charge $400-$700 for a paint job like that .. if so they are scamming you big time. For one, the lines aren't clean, I can see one good size blemish above the bull sticker where the blue ran into the silver. Two, the texture of the paint indicates a poor paint quality, its not smooth ... its more of an eggshell and that tells me its a spray can or the paint was not thinned. Three ... the vents are painted so I wonder how bad they are clogged. Its a nice DIY(I hope you didn't pay to have it done) ... but I don't think its $265 worth.

Are what decals? The blue digicam patterns? No, they're paint. I saved the original Cannondale decals by taping over them and cutting around their edges. I also saved the black paint where the rear shock and brakes mounts, everything else is new paint. At this stage there was no clearcoat but I did later wetsand everything and clearcoat it for durability.

I'm not really interested in shipping it across the Atlantic to the UK, However Pricepoint.com, Blueskycycling.com, Jenson.com and any site like that sell them decently cheap. Wait for a deal and its reasonable to say you can pick one up for under $40.

They were bought out after they went bankrupt in 2009 by Dorel Industries for something like US $5.2 million. Same company that bought out and owns GT, Cannondale, Schwinn and Mongoose. Not the same company that it was that is for sure ... you lucked out with that bike. I have one of their bikes from way back, hardtail, always good too see people riding them

You said it was "ridin hard", whats the wear and tear like on it besides the chain? Dents, dings, shocks need to be serviced??
